I graduated from the University “La Sapienza” of Rome where I have studied Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures with a specialization in Marketing (LUISS Management University of Rome) and a Master’s Degree in Labour Phycology (Rome School of Psychology).

 

I am a Professional Certified Coach accredited by The International Coach Federation and The Italian School of Life & Corporate Coaching. I am also a Hogan Certified Assessor.

 

WORK

For the first fifteen years of my professional experience, I had worked in Shell Italia, the KPMG, and the Cominvest Group as a Human Resources Development and Communication Manager.

Since then, I have been a Change Management and Human Resources Development Consultant for more than twenty years, working for public and private companies in Italy and abroad. As a freelance, I work with my brand People&Change and collaborate with two leading consultancy firms: Hermes Consulting and Piessepi Consulting. My specific areas of intervention are: training, coaching, mentoring, assessment for change management projects.

ACCADEMIC, BUSINESS SCHOOLS AND GOVERNMENT SCHOOLS ASSIGNMENTS

For ten years I have been a Professor of Marketing and Management of Cultural Tourism at the University of Perugia - Assisi CST; for eight years a Communication Lecturer at the Link Campus University of Rome; for nine years Organizational Behaviors Lecturer at the LUISS Business School; for three years at the University of Salento and at the Roma Tre University with an Engagement Laboratory.

 

I have tought master courses in Enterprises Internationalization at the Training Campus of ICE - Institute for Foreign Trade (now Agency for Promotion and internationalization of Italian Firms).

 

I wrote four books and forty articles on change management, human resources development and personal awareness. I am a speaker at conferences on these topics. I am the author of three books and fifty articles on Change Management, Human Resources Development, and Personal Awareness. I participate as a speaker at conferences concerning the above topics.
